All Web administrators hosting Web sites extended with the Microsoft FrontPage® Server Extensions should download and install the appropriate Service Release 1.2 (SR1.2) Web Release update to the FrontPage Server Extensions for the appropriate operating system and Web server. Version 4.0.2.4317 should only be installed on computers that are running Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows 98 Second Edition, and Windows NT® 4.0. The FrontPage Server Extensions SR1.2 contains all of the latest updates made to the Server Extensions and supercedes all previous releases.

1. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
2. Double-click Add/Remove Programs.
3. Select Microsoft FrontPage 2000 SR-1.2 Server Extensions.
4. Click Add/Remove.
